It would be a lie if Luke said she didn’t have the immediate compulsion to come to this girl’s house immediately after being looped in by Sky as to what happened. After all, not only had she placed every single one of her loved ones in danger by feeding information about the town to someone who would be all too pleased to pass it on to the Scions, but she also lied and hurt her niece’s best friend who honestly happened to just be her other niece. If she had hesitated, it’s because she knew the there was truth to the saying that cooler heads would prevail, and in the moment she couldn’t guarantee that she wouldn’t have done what Skylar ended up doing anyway.
